Welcome to The Choose Kindness Podcast! In this intro episode, I will share the inspiration and mission of this podcast, and why this means so much to me.
I created the podcast to provide an outlet for teens and educate many generations on bullying, the types of bullying, and its effects. I want to spread kindness quickly and encourage others to do the same which is exactly why I thought a podcast surrounding encouraging kindness, educating others, and bringing many generations joy and positivity was the way to go. By creating a positive outlook on each day, highlighting those who do good in our communities, by connecting through individual stories, and giving people the opportunity to share their stories I am hoping to manifest never-ending kindness.
As someone who was personally impacted by bullying, I believe that we have to have an ongoing dialogue about it and also share stories of hope with those that need to hear them most.
